WHAT WE CREATE
The Formation Guild creates resources designed to deepen understanding and support meaningful, reflective practice.
Through books, guides, courses, conversations, audio, video, and practical tools, we create space for reflection and provide structure for practice. Some are designed for individuals; others for leaders, teams, and communities. Each begins with the same conviction: meaningful change requires more than information. It requires language for what is happening, a way to engage it, and practices that can be carried into everyday life.
Some of our work is explicitly rooted in faith; other resources are created for a broader audience, exploring the questions of purpose, leadership, relationships, and becoming that shape how we live and lead.
The goal is not simply more information. It is a more intentional way of becoming.
